Refrigerated Air Dryer II
Home  Products Refrigerated Air Dryer II
Refrigerated Air Dryer works on heat transfer principle. Saturated compressed air enters the Pre-cooler / Re-heater (Air-to-Air Heat Exchanger) where it is pre-cooled by exchanging heat with outgoing cold air, reducing heat load on evaporator. The air is then cooled in the Evaporator (Air-to-Refrigerant Heat Exchanger) to achieve required dew point. Moisture gets condensed and separated through Moisture Separator and drained automatically by Auto Drain Valve. The dry cold air is reheated through the pre-cooler before outlet.
The refrigeration system consists of Refrigerant Compressor, Condenser, Expansion Valve and Evaporator, ensuring continuous supply of low-temperature refrigerant for effective drying.
